Since there's been a rash of posts lately about the Altador Plot(and the Plot is open indefinitely), perhaps there should be a sticky in the Neopets Help board or the Neopets Game Help board? Right now the posts seem to be mostly landing in the Plot Council, where they don't really belong.

surely they do belong in the plot council - thats where i'd post one if i was posting it - yes its open indefinatley, and yes its only mini, but its still a plot.

I agree...Altador is a plot. It makes total sense for it to be in the Neopian Plot Council. If there's a sticky, I'd say it should be there.

My reasoning for it belonging in the Help or Games section are as follows:
A) It's a feature of the site that they have no intention of closing, the way they have closed all other plots. Really, it reminds me more of the Neoquest games than a plot(now that all the parts have been released), because it's a relatively permanent series of activities that have to be completed in order.
B) It's no longer changing, so there's no call for "speculation" on what might happen next, what the importance of particular characters are, what sort of prizes we'll get, etc.
C) As of now, there isn't exactly a consensus on where the posts should go, so posts are scattered between the Plot and the Help board. It makes sense to put them all in one place.

you know, i actually agree that it should no longer be in the plot section...
at one point it certainly was a plot, but now that we know it will always be there, well...
Neopets kinda made it lame and worthless :-/

After a bit of discussion, we're leaning to the Plot board. If any newcomers come asking about the Altador Plot, they'd probably look there first. So here's a sticky! :)
