Orange snow falls in Russia.
It looks really weird.

A Chernobyl snowcone. Anyone besides me think the orange snow is somehow connected?????

Heavy concentration of iron can make things orange, as well. One would hope that Russia would do a chemical analysis of the snow and then be brave enough to publish the results. But, I am not holding my breath.

Wow, that's a lot of snow for Texas. I have friends who live in your state and surrounding states and all are freezing their butts off. And tornadoes, at this time of year, in Florida. Weird weather.

Wow, we had a lot of boring snow here in New York. But I don't know if I want to be touching orange snow. That's a highly unnatural colour for snow.

From I have heard orange snow is full of vitamin C. :P

Personally both pictures looked like sand to me but still it is very weird yet amazing in my opinion.
