If you saw a restaurant cook use the toilet and not wash his hands ... then he was the type of cook that likes to really dig his hands into the pizza pasta to give it shape and knead and roll his chubby fingers in it ... would you say anything?

I'd probably say something to the person next to me. I'm the type of person that doesn't like to make a massive fuss, I prefer if other people do it for me.

:P Is this supposed bathroom in full view of the restaurant? I don't really go looking into restaurant bathrooms to make sure the cook is washing their hands.
