I personally think they need some more people to take care of stuff like the forms you send in for things like being frozen and such.

Yeah, response time is quite lengthy, they need some addition customer service/support to try and decrease this problem, IMHO.

Yes- they especially need more *reliable* and *non-sadistic* staff, unlike Mari-jhane or whatever her name was.

Definately, especially in support. Maybe more staff in other areas would get things released and fixed quicker/better, as well.
