It looks like he would have to climb down the alope. I don't think they would leave him a road cause they are trying to force him out.

Well if they don't, I wonder how long that house can stand? I mean, wouldn't gravity and erosion slowly make that thing start to sink and be unstable?

I think he house will start to fall apart from lack of support unless the construction company starts to build around him. His house is probably already damaged from the construction so close to the foundation.
