while I was on holiday someone hacked my account and posted links to porn sites. I got frozen...and never unfroze no matter how many times I pleeded. It was one of the origional 1000 accounts made on neopets too.

Recently, my niece logged in and found most of her bank gone... then later that day her account was frozen. We have no idea why. :-(

She has since started completely over - the other account is still frozen.

It was actually my fault :P

I played a game of Meerca Chase, accidentally sent a score of 100, and got frozen. Simple as that.

A long time ago, I was caught up in a mass game glitch/freezing. Not abuse of a glitch, or cheating, just an accident. They unfroze me in a week. :)

I Got Frozen Is my fault

Kind of abuse the game "Treasure Hunt" which isin't have now, Created like 15 Account to play it and everyday keep getting Space Map lol

One of my older accounts got frozen, but in the end it was for the best because that account had gotten hacked and I couldn't get into it any more anyway. I messaged TNT about it but they never gave the account back. :(

Yea. Apparently I was trying to scam people?

I told Adam that his support staff sucked though, cause they never replied to my emails. He ended up unfreezing me :)
