I found a shop that contained various things that are against the neopets rules. Specifically, religious stuff. I reported the shop, but it is still there. It has been over a week.

I smell a bit of favoritism on the part of neo's moderators. I'll bet the person who got the report is of the same religious background as the shop owner.

How often should I re-report the shop? Rules are rules, and if I have to obey the rules, then everyone does. So this shop needs to take the religious stuff out of their shop description.

Here's a link:

All I can say is that this is fairly common in the shops.

Briefly skimming through the Terms and Conditions on Neopets, the only things I found about religion was applicable to the NeoBoards and NeoMail....nothing mentioned about user shops.

My suggestion is, instead of reporting the shop, send a comment to TNT asking why it is okay to allow religious images in user shops while it is not okay to discuss religion on the NeoBoards. It seems like a double standard to me.

if someone neomails you because they are opposed of your shop being religous, 1. you can delete it and not even read it 2. it doesnt spam neopets, it spams you, nothing that affects the site, its a moral conflict upon your self

on the board however its a moral conflict where everybody joins in, and that is exactly what neopets does not want
