What exactly do you need explaining?

You can have 4 pets on an account. The more applies as people are allowed to have a certain number of side accounts (i forget how many), which you can have other pets on - having side accounts is allowed but there are certain restrictions of what you can and can't do on your side accounts.

It means 4 or more including other accounts I'm guessing.

Perhaps you'd prefer this other explanation, which isn't so "rough" for you:

They've added the 'or more' option for special snowflakes such as Adam.
