Does anyone go to him? I do, and today I got:

You will come across rare Neggs in the Ice Caves.

well of course I went straight to the ice caves and... nothing. Refreshed a couple of times and still nothing. Is there any truth in what this guy says or is it all just for fun?

There was a rumour spread at one point that what he says could come true but I think its pretty much just that, a rumour. It would be cool if it did come true though.

He's notorious (like so many other characters on Neopets) for giving information which have absolutely no effect on the game you play. It's just wish-wash (or so I'm lead to believe)

No he is a liar lol. In the editorial when he first came out (can't remeber what week) they said all it is is random quotes and that there is no truth behind it.

yes, he normally spout rubbish but today, he said something that coincided with what happened...

Its like loads of the other things on Neo that started as an idea, so *lets make a guy who tells you something really random and then that might come true*, but they never got around to making it do stuff

Like Neopet personality! *lets make each pet induvidual and do different stufF* -
