I am wondering what style of food people here enjoy eating so here goes:
I like eating Japanese food (sushi, ramen) and some Chinese food (dim sum). I would also like to try fish and chips in the UK and some French food. I dislike eating Indian and SE asian food because they're too spicy!

I like italian cuisine, like, not some English imitation, but if you go to a proper resteraunt.
Indian is nice, except I can't handle the spice so I have to have it mild... which kinda kills the point.
I'm not too keen on very western foods, but a trip to the chippie can be good if I'm feeling especially english

I love, love, love, love, love Italian cuisine. It's just so good

Of course I like American seeing as I live here, but I think American cuisine is one of the reasons we have such an obesity problem. Our "cuisine" is terrible

I also really like Indian and Thai cuisine. If I find a good Thai restaurant, I won't want to go anywhere else.

Oh gosh defiantly Chinese, I have dim sum every other weekend at this great Hong Kong style restaurant.
Japnanese. I love sushi!
And English. There is this great English restaurant in D.C called Elephant & Castle.

Agreed. I saw a TV programme that introduced American food once and I was shocked to see that the hamburgers were GIGANTIC!! That burger will need 2 meals for me to finish!!
Then you need to come where I live!! I know of a fabulous Thai restaurant nearby.

There's a place in England called Elephant & Castle.

I love Chinese, Thai, Indian, anything spicy. Some French stuff is ok.

Our American cuisine is ridiculously unhealthy The cheeseburgers and pizza are loaded with calories, fat, and cholesterol.

Yeah I have to agree with the Italian cuisine. I love it! It's the main reason I usually choose Italy as my travel destination (love Sicily and Lake Garda regions the most).
The Indian cuisine is also very good, but it's a bit too spicy for me. Still one of my favourites though.

Indian and Thai are my favourites but I love Italian and Spanish tapas too. And of course, you can't really beat a good old English Sunday roast or a big bag of fish and chips. Not to mention treacle pudding.... mmmm.

Chinese, Indian, Vietnamese, Thai, Italian, Mexican...every once in a while I'll eat "American" cuisine, but usually only if I cook it myself, so that I can use low-fat meat, and remove some of the fatty/greasiness on the way.

It's hard to pick a favorite. But for me, I love love love American cuisine. I know, I'm weird. Burgers, pot pies, crab cakes, Mac and Cheese, you name it!

Authentic Japanese and Chinese, but not so much sushi.

Of course, those take second and third to my family's Greek cooking.
