I swear.
Almost anything I try to go to is down. Subeta just went down *again*, SubetaHQ's been down for a few days now, Avatar.Starried.net is down in conjunction with SubetaHQ since they're hosted by the same people, I just went to OneManga.com and they're down.
Am I the only one with this problem?

Yeah, their servers are finally back, but too much of a load would be really strenuous on them.
Turns out that they kernel panic'd (kernel panic = an unrecoverable error), and the peoples who own them were debugging them.
SubetaHQ was up for most of the day, so I BELIEVE they're good to go.

my internet must be broken.

every website i go to ends up going blank and not loading, so then I have to refresh about 30 times before I can even do anything. *headdesk*

as least it hasn't affected my WoW connection ^_^
