This will be in the usuki con bags.

It reminds me of a neko hat.

I can't remember when I first started seeing neko hats, but I always thought it was an anime thing. I am not sure. Maybe they've been around for a while. I've never actually seen anyone wear one, it just seems like I've seen the concept before.

They need to make a black one.
