So I can't actually get on to neo.
It won't load at all.
And it's not my internet, cause every other website is fine.

anyone got this problem?

I used my mum's computer and it wasn't loading on there either.

If it's not working on your mother's computer, it means it's blocked on the network or the ISP.
Basically meaning for the latter, someone was stupid and either Neo blocked the ISP or the ISP blocked Neo.

If you're using a router, someone may have set up Parental Controls, it's very easy to set them up incorrectly. With Parental Controls on a router, it could be that they were applied to all computers on the network.
