Hmm, I might be able to code XHTML and CSS for you, and for free (Got no Neopets account, so I don't care for that kind of payment ) If someone else makes the layout, I can make it into code, well, you get what I mean.

Although I will only use valid XHTML code, no IE only thingies, like those fancy colored scrollbars
