 Post subject: Cannot Load Key Quest :(

Does anyone else have this problem? It doesn't load in Firefox or Internet Explorer. Everything is updated. I have super fast internet. My computer is fast enough to run it. I don't know what the problem is...

I can load the game fine. Do you have the latest version of Flash installed?

That's quite unusual. You've tried restarting your computer and browser(s)? Do you get any error messages?

Did both of those things. It brings up the loading screen (it's light blue with the white ring) and doesn't get past it.

I think the servers might be overloaded when you try to join. Maybe try a different time of the day, or refreshing the page a few times.

Yeah, I've had a similar problem before (during peak hours when a lot of people are online). Hopefully that fixes the problem.

Yep it does happen; usually when Neopets has certain events that most people flock to as they're keen to play it as soon as it is released. Lots of people who want to play + release date = lag lag lag.

You should have seen it when they released NeoQuest... o...m...g...
