The post still goes through, though. Is anyone else getting this?

My IE has been timing out on PPT here and there today.

Still timing out big time for me. Does it on pretty much every post/PM I send. It makes it very hard to post on here, when I'm not sure if my message has gone through at all!

I have been having the posting/PM issue for almost a week. I either get a white screen and nothing, or a timeout error. The posts seem to go through, but a refresh of the white screen/timeout causes a double PM or post.

Just had a thought.

This is identical to what happened on Nov 15, 2008, could it be another DDOS attack? It be worth checking out.

I'm getting it, too, but I'm also getting the FireFox page "This is a reported attack site" notice when I tried to get here. I had to disable those warnings in order to post this. The notice reads:
Quote:
Reported Attack Site!
This web site at pinkpt.com has been reported as an attack site and has been blocked based on your security preferences. Attack sites try to install programs that steal private information, use your computer to attack others, or damage your system.
Some attack sites intentionally distribute harmful software, but many are compromised without the knowledge or permission of their owners.
I don't know whether this is related but it's worth checking out, too.

Yes, I've also been getting that - I've had to disable it in order to post as well.

What's going on? O_O

As I understand it, a bot posted some uncool code on PHP pages around the site. The problem has been fixed, and the server administrators (those who own the server, not our staff) have been notified.

Ah. I thought that might have been the issue.

I haven't had a timeout on any of the pages so far today - let's just hope that's sorted.
