Thats un-true, lots of people on there wern't frozen, including hrobi, 9np, ect. I have no ide why its not showing up.

Yes. We know. Not everyone on the entire list are frozen. Only about...
FORTY PERCENT!!! :roflol:

These are the accounts with all the great pets and big money... 40% buh-bye
I was looking at the list last month and all the names were still on it. Then I began to click them one at a time from the bottom up. Every second or third one was frozen solid. So then I checked the other list and it was approximatly the same. Now they are probably in the process of removing the frozen names off the list. It's probably taking a long time because they are not done freezing valuable accounts yet. :roflol:

LOL that is pretty sad in order to be rich in neopets and not get frozen you either have to be complimenting the moderaters/owners nonstop or be friends/cousins with 1 of them :roll:
