I noticed that the Goodie Bags still have the uncommon rarity 84 listed, and the posters and unofficial guide book don't appear to be retired yet, either.

Are the items still popping up for sale in their respective shops, or has TNT just not gotten around to slapping the Retired tag on the items?

I've noticed the price on the unofficial guide book going down lately, because there are a LOT of copies out, I assume. But there have been more Goodie Bags up for auction and trade today than I saw yesterday.

(Unfortunately for me, because I bought one for 100k and another for 110k. So much for making enough from re-selling to buy me a Brain Tree Mace with some profit left over..... )

I did see a goodie bag stock last night, so I think it's safe to assume that until they show up as retired they're still stocking, however infrequently that may be.

I for one hope they don't retire soon. I have never got the hang of restocking and I have a usuki gallery...so if they don't retire the prices will drop to where I can actually afford to get some Y6 stuff.

If I recall correctly, on Neopets last birthday when they sold the goodie bags and balloons at stores, they were there for a few days - I don't know how long exactly. After a week or so though, they were retired. I assume with Usukicon they're just late retiring them like that time, so I would think it'd be safe to buy some of the items and save them in your SDB for awhile.
