Your Neopian Times submission (40.5 Weird Facts about Illusen and Jhudora!) was rejected because we had too many good entries in this category this week and there wasn't enough room for them all. Please try again next week.

In other words, does it mean 'Your submission stank so badly that you could smell the stench from Pluto and that by telling you to submit it again we just wanna waste your time?'

No; kidding; but do you think I should try again?

According to one of the support staff (whose name I can't remember... sorry), it's a standard response and it really does mean what it says. They get so many submissions every week, and not all of them can make it in, so you just have to keep trying.

If there's an actual reason why they won't accept it (it's inappropriate or it breaches some unwritten rule) then they'll tell you.

Yes, that just means to send it in again. There really *were* too many good submissions, I'm sure.
