The url is "bori_ice_baby," Ammer. So it could be the "Ice" paintbrush after all (I know TNT said "Frozen" in the toolbar link, so I guess we'll see).

Looks like it IS the ICE Bori afterall.

It's an Ice Bori. It's listed on neocolours as Ice. It comes in that color because its released with the "Hannah and the ice caves" series... and the pet is made of ice.... it isnt frozen. And because I say so. Therefore, it is ice.

It could very well be both. I can't currently think of a total example where the name of the Paint Brush and the color have entirely changed, but here are a few examples. They may be a bit old, as I have not looked up these paint brushes for a while but...:

A Neopet painted with the Fire, Fire, Pants on Fire Paint Brush is simply called fire.

A Neopet painted with the Strawberry Fields Forever Paint Brush is simply called Strawberry.

Some of you may have noticed that we have temporarily put a link to the Neopets/Yahoo Toolbar on the yellow side bar. Everyone who downloads the toolbar will be able to own an Ice Bori. This is a special paint brush of a New Neopet that will be released later on this month. You will not be able to paint your Neopet Ice, this is the only way you will be able to get hold of one!

So I'd say "Ice."

Everyone who has downloaded the toolbar will get the chance to create their own Bori in a week's time. The frozen Bori will be one of the colour choices you can create. For example you can choose to have red, green, blue, yellow or ice. There will be no paint brush. Note - you wont have anything in your account as yet.

The play button for Moon Rock Rampage reminds me of a really old Nintendo game (Yeah, NES if you can remember ) called like Bucky O' Hare. It was a Rabbit in outer space with his companions. It isn't really the same plot, just reminded me of it when I saw the pic
