Is it just me, or is IDB down? I've tried many times to access it in the past few hours but it gives me an error message saying:

If you use the IDB a lot it's useful to download it into your computer. In time of war the load on the server is so high that sometimes you can't access it. Or like here when the server is down for any reason.
