I recently started a spare account in hope of getting a donation shop started for a guild that I am currently planning on my main account.

What can and can't you do on spare accounts, I tried to access the do's and dont's of spare and gallery accounts, but unfortunately it had the same name as the Do's and Dont's of Neopets.

No games, no dailies/freebies, if it's just a guild donation shop leave it as that and do nothing else on it except of course take care of your pets you own.

some people restock on spare accounts but the thing they had in their news a couple of months ago said that was also a no-no.

I have a guild account and thats all I do is the donation shop that members donate items to be sold and the trades for newbie packs.

Hmm that's kind of unfortunate. How can one gain the neopoints on that account needed to purchase the items for the donation, or, do you just transfer them over?

My secondary account was my main account at one time--so when it stopped being my main account, it had a nice sized shop and a lot of nps on it. I resell on that account and have had no problem with doing so. I use the nps to buy things from other people's shops and then resell them in my secondary shop.

However, I don't do anything else at all-no freebies, no games, no restocking, no free omelettes or soup kitchen. I have used the healing springs, however, when an RE gave my pet an illness that cost a fortune to heal.

I also don't move the nps from that account to the main account. Every so often, the secondary account will buy something and give it as a gift to my gallery (my 3rd account). But, other than that, they are virtually separate accounts.

I do not advise having a donation shop at all. Contests. raffles etc. are not allowed ny Neopets.
