i've refreshed 5 times, logged onto another account and done it again, how odd. its still down for me.

*thinks* lol is it possible for me to be ip banned? *shrug*

and its not just IE either, i logged on in opera just to check as well, and its still down

anyway, think its just me.

Try rebooting and clearing your cookies. Its a wonder what problems those two, easy little things can fix.

nup, did it, cleared cache, cookies, history rebooted and still got that page. thanks for the help though

and since i have dialup, i had to redialup when i rebooted, and since i was logged out, having removed all my cookies, i signed on into a spare account.

*tears hair out* oh well, i sent them a bug report, if they do end up reading it they will most likely think i'm making this all up

Not only is the scratch card kiosk down for me, tombola and the fruit machine are too!

Apperently Australia has some new law against online gambling, so any online gambling pages (lottery scratchers, and lotteries would be gambling) are blocked by Australian users. Sorry I don't have more info, but I live in Cali

looks like you are right, tombola, fruit machione lottery ect. are all not advailable grr i would have thought those things wouldn't apply since neopets is a us based site, and australian legistlation would have no power over it, but i guess tnt decided to be on the safe side

edit: dice a roo is also not available, so it appeats its going to be hard getting that avv also king skarl is also unplayable, now we know what to look for, there are quite a few things that appear to be blocked

i'm considering changing countries, but not quite sure how tnt would take that,

btw, you can still play the WoE so i assume the other wheels are still playable as well, strange that they would take grumpy king off, but leave the more obvious wheels alone

It wouldn't matter changing your country pref, it's your connection in the country that blocks it. I guess the ISPs block it? I dunno
