There are items that appear more often than others. A petpage on cinfulgirl's lookup has a list and tips of how to feed Kadoaties.

They are random, however there are a particular few that pop up alot more often then anything else.

They can be found on Cinfulgirl's userlookup.

I fed 20 kads and I would like to point out that they don't ask items that have "Milk Chocolate" or "White Chocolate" in their names (the ones that stock in the choc factory.
