I got a prize from the WoK and it says "You won a !"
The picture is a red X and there's no prize in my inventory.
Will it appear eventually?

Put it in your trades. It id likrly very rare.

I meant that the pic on the link where you receive your prize from the wheel has a red X, nothing is in my inventory.

Hmm... No clue in that case. My guess is it is a bug and you should show TNT. Maybe take a screenie of it?

It's one of the new Brightvale Windows. That's been happening lately - as if the names and the images in the database weren't linked together.

So, when they work out the "Links", would it make the item appear in my inventory? It's not the amount of NPs I lost spinning the wheel that I care about, it's only 500, but I don't like losing items to glitches.

you must of messed around with the url box after winning that is the only way to get that error, by changing the text string in the url bar.

Obviously it's not the only way, since I simply clicked to spend the wheel and was sent to that page.

Anyway, I hope the item appears in my inventory soon, if not, it was just 500 NPs.

It's obviously a glitch. Someone else on the help forum was talking about the same thing happening to them. I suggest writing Neopets about it--doesn't mean you will get compensated for it, but at least it makes them aware that you are upset about yet another glitch hitting you. When the WOK first opened I received an A29 as a prize--it ended up being renamed a brightvale berry, however, it was an actual picture of the berry and not a red X. It seems, in your case, as if Neo released an item into the mainstream before getting all of the bugs out of it.



Sorry, but that isn't true at all--I have been the victim of many a glitch on Neopets and none of them were the result of messing around with the url box. Just a matter of being in the wrong place at the wrong time when clicking my mouse.

There's also been an item called "new" which is another broken image, which is actually the new Symol Window. I guess the WoK is just being buggy; I hope they get it fixed soon.
