I realised Ii have two neopets accounts that break the multiple account guidelines, so I didnt want to keep them.
But I also didnt want them to waste away. And I didnt want to delete two perfectly fine accounts.

So, I hangout on a site called furry-paws.com and on there they have an advertising board, and an "Other games" board.
I was wondering if I could giveaway/sell the two accounts to someone on furry-paws.com?

It is not against the rules to have 2 accounts as long as you don't do thing like tombola on both. Neopets specifily says you can have multiple accounts as long as one is your main and the others are just storage

Yes, what he said, and you aren't allowed to sell your accounts. I believe it's a freezable offense.

They might only mean neopets stuff.
Maybe I'm wrong. I still might give them away. Maybe not sell, but give.

I wont be able to have a clear concious if I keep them.

Why not just give it away and maybe the person you give it to will be so thankful they'll just send you some Furry Paws Points of their own accord

Accounts have been frozen for being sold on ebay

Just a quick warning if you are going to give away the account, be careful who you give it to as many scammers will actually try and get older accounts so they can scam from them and have a small amount of credibility as they've been around for a "long-time". As the others have already said, basically you are not allowed to exchange/sell your account for anything.
