Do the posts count on that board? If not than lock this thread if they do, I don't think they should.

All that board is doing is Requesting Sets/Blinkies/UL's/etc...and that's pretty much it. I'm not trying to force anyone to make the posts not to count there but considering there isn't a significant amount of effort going into the posts we make, shouldn't it be a Post-Free board like NNV?

Just a question I thought I'd bring up.

Last time I checked they do. And you say that there's not really an amount of effort in those posts, well, there's a few other boards like that...
Neopets Polls, you're usually just answering the polls.
Bill, you're just advertizing stuff.
PPT Gallery, you're just posting art.
Entertainment Polls, answering polls.
Misc. Polls, see above.
Jokes, just posting jokes.
Promotions, just advertizing.
But that's a few too many boards to kill post count. See what I'm trying to get at? There's a lot of boards like the sig board, but they don't kill post count for... uhhh... you know I honestly don't know. XP

(note: the above isn't exactly what the boards are for, just what most of the stuff in 'em is, so like, don't flame me for false information, I wouldn't like that XP)

Hm, that's true. Didn't look at that. Well, maybe the board should have posts counted as it's currently doing. My bad.

That situation has been brought up about the sig testing board in there, since you can just look at any post you have made before the change and see you new sig. I haven't checked to see if it's still there.

As for the other boards, it's not like they're flooded with posts, and usually some kind of discussion comes out of some of the topics on those boards.

The sig board's use for testing was removed a few weeks ago. Those posts were a lot less worthy of a count than that of request threads, you can say.

Actually, now that I think about it, as DN said, all of the other boards form some sort of discussion whereas the Signature board does not.

Though, in reality, most people will only have a couple of posts - a request post, and a pickup post, when you think about it.
