I assume you mean you were frozen unfairly and not unfrozen fairly!!!

Firstly, what were you frozen for?

that form has like a 9% chance of working if you were unfairly frozen

Well, what was in your shop? The autoreason is often totally or only partially correct, so you need to do what I did, and have a big think about exactly what TNT might have taken offence to.

Did you have pictures and stuff in your shop, I know that a few shops I have visited have messed up on the HTML or what ever and the items for sale have been put behind pictures and stuff so its possible they may have mistaken that for having fake items?

Oh.. sorry mate, but one of their rules is that if an account is frozen for more than a year, it's gone forever. Again, sorry, but there's no chance at all you'll get your account back now.

I'm not sure it does say it anywhere but I've had it said to me, explicitly, several times by different staff members.

I don't mean to give false hope, but my account was frozen (self freeze) and although I mailed for a year with no response, they did eventually unfreeze it. It had been frozen for almost a year and a half at that point.

But policies may have changed. I know they seem to be doing a lot of database clearing in the past year or so.

I'd say so :( It seems to be a policy of theirs that if it's been over a year, it's gone. They might even have erased the records of it - you can check by going here:

http://www.neopets.com/randomfriend.phtml?user=

Add your old username on the end of that. If it says:

This account has been disabled. then the records still exist, but if it says:

Sorry, nobody by this name exists in Neopia.

Then the records have been erased. You could probably create a new account with the same name if it's been erased. In any case, it's probably too late now to get the old one back. Sorry :(
