Yes, I know that you get him by looking your pet up when it has Sneezles or Neoflu, but is there an easy way to get my pet sick with those illnesses?

All the weapons I searched on IDB that gave illness didnt give either of those. Try the WOE, or search neoitems for foods that may give the disease.

I got Meuka as a challenger latley, And I got the avatar, After few months of spinning wheels (WOE, WOM), And in the end I got it from the WOM. (Wheel of Misfortune)

Here are 3 ways to get Meuka : random event, spinning a wheel or by eating a Ferocious Negg.

I think there might be some more ways.
