After the glitches that just hit us and stole our items, Neo appears to be down. Is it just me or is it really down?

Ok, that is too weird. I can't get on it at all--not through IE or Netscape. Yet my daughter can get on it on her computer--and we have the same IP address.

It seems to affect parts of users? The images were down for me just now and it just went up again.. but I can buy items without problems

Maybe you should restart your comp? o_O Sometimes my comp goes a little buggy and I end up having to restart it to get on neopets or other sites...

Adam is being affected as well. Maybe its just a string of letters/numbers in usernames that are being affected? Like the a username shop removals. o_O I'm not getting any lag at all, and restocks are now going fine for me. I wouldn't be suprised if another of their databases crashed.

Hi, my mom is Morningstar. She thinks that she just got hit by a virus, possibly from the Neopets page she was on. She'll get back to you after everything is scanned.
