Mkay. That glitch in 2003 with the lab maps- I lost my ray access in it; the pieces simply disappeared and it said I didn't have any; although I'd been using it for at least a month prior to that. I read on ppt that someone managed to get theirs back after this glitch- can anyone suggest to me who to e-mail on neo so I can get mine back?

I lost mine a few months ago, I kept sending the bug report form DAILY and finally got it back after about a month

Shoyru lover- thanks for the help. I went there earlier, though, and although it does answer some very good questions about the lab disappearance it didn't answer my question on how to get it back. The article confused me a bit, rather; I've heard of many people that've gotten it back yet it seems to say hope is pretty much stamped out for glitch victims.

I guess I can't help, but I must say I'm sorry you lost your lab ray. To work so hard to get one and then to have it just disappear is totally unfair.

From what I understand, as of sometime in October, 2003 there was something implemented that would add a comment to your account that the lab ray was on so if you lost it you could get it back.

Unfortunately, if you lost it before that time, then you probably won't get the lab access back. No one I know who lost it last year ever got it back.

Awl. That really blows.

I have proof, though; a list of pets I'd used the ray on. Do you think they kept track of that sort of thing? 'Cause I can even remember what the last lab ray affect on 4 of them was.

There is hope... I know I lost mine a while ago, and after writing to TNT once, randomly got it back a few weeks later.
