I ripped my sisters dress 2 months ago and she got mad She made like 70 accounts with emails that are close to mine and as she knows my password to all my accounts e-mail and neopets included she play three games daily and sent all the money to my account so neopets froze me although I did nothing and they wont believe me

can any one tell me wat to do I really want my account back although I havent went on neopets since the summer so will anyone help me ??

Why would your sister know your email password and your Neopets password?? Don't ever share passwords with anybody -- it's just asking for trouble!

My advice is create a new account. Make a new password, and make it a hard one. Put numbers and characters in between the letters. And don't tear any more of your sister's dresses....

Sorry doesnt seem to me like they will unfreeze you for that reason, the best advice has already been given, create a new account with a new very hard to guess password and change your email password.

From what you said, it seems like she wouldn't even need your password to do that. Follow what everyone else has said, first using a form, then email, then snail mail.

You need to start over with a new account and new email address. Nothing more you can do. That is that.

My first advice would be not to tell your sister your passwords. Make a new e-mail account and neopets account and don't tell her about either of them.
