I apologise if this is in the wrong place or if there is already a topic about it but I just couldnt find one anywhere!!

Can someone please tell me the process link for the wheel of monotony?

its on top of that rock mountin place....what ever its called tyrain sometihng but its up there theres a sign that says plato click it then look around.

that sometimes happens. If you load the 'look page" to se ehow much time is left, sometimes the wheel does not spin because you 'looking' already collected the prize.
