A lot of people ask me for tips in what to write in their e-mail to frozen@neopets.com
to get their account unfrozen. Well, I figured it might be helpful to know what not to send
good ol' Iris in the event your account gets iced. Take out your notepads, kiddies, you may need to know this stuff some day. Here are the top 10 most unsuccessful things to write in an e-mail to
frozen@neopets.com:
10. "I didn't ask anyone for their password, I swear -- I just threatened to kill them if they didn't give it to me!"
9. "It wasn't me that scammed all those people, my little sister got into my account! I made her write a full confession: 'hi im matt's sister & i scammed
ppl' SEE??"
8. "Won't unfreeze my account, eh? Maybe...'GEORGE'... *whips out a $1 bill* ...could help convince you!"
7. "chain letters? what chain letters? my name is jenna. I'm 7 years old. i have black hair, red eyes, no ears, and no mouth. i am dead..."
6. "The last Staff member I talked to told me I was iced for getting a score of 8,000 at Volcano Run. I can prove this is false, because the program I used only goes up to 5,000 points!"
5. "I posted...what on the chats? Porn? PORN?! Where is it? Lemme see!!!"

Plz Plz Plz find the kindness within your heart, to unfreeze it and send me some codestones, neggs, map pieces, paintbrushes, faeries, atleast 5 dubloons or any other items of same value to get me happy again. I Know about the soup faerie and Omelette so I DON'T need any food.
My Pet is also delighted, healthy so I also don't need any toys or potions and PLz no tombola booby prizes or snowballs.
