Welcome signs are, as the name implies, signs that "welcome" visitors to your
site. To use these, copy and paste the code into where you want the sign to
appear.
That color isn't the only thing you can change about your neopet? If it tickles your fancy, they can be turned into other species as well. Giving your neopets a magical toy plushie or a magical potion is just some of the ways in which you can change your neopets species.
