Neopets Premium includes a dial-up service which is unlimited (if you sign up with Neopets Premium [Web Package With ISP].). The official
Neopets Premium website claims their ISP service is:

- Gives 2,500 neopoints for signing up and 1,000 neopoints for every month you keep it.

- Dailies Quick-Link Bar at the top of the portal and, the number one feature
- The Super Shop Wizard, also known as the Superwiz. This nifty little guy searches all the shops in
Neopia for the cheapest item available. To make it fair to regular players, however, it cannot search Laboratory Maps, Transmogrification Potions, or
Paint Brushes. Codestones, Bottled Faeries, regular Maps, and Morphing Potions are all searchable, however! You can even pop him up in a
separate window, in what TNT calls 'sniperspace'.

You can also set up an 'alias' account- one of your side accounts also gets no ads and you may use the portal on it.
Subscribing to Neopets Premium will also remove the ads that you see on Neopets (much faster loading times in comparison to using ad-block on
Neopets).
Increased chance of Random Events.
The ability to chat on a Neopets Premium private chat board- very few n00bs, nice people, and information on a Neo game run off-neo, called
'Premium Survivor'.

A Space Faerie Scratchcard every Friday, and you always win at least some
