D: Alright, today's topics are "Neopets Time", "Neopets: The Movie", "Neopets
TCG" and "Neopets Playstation", all on Neopets

D: Yea I dunno...
S: Maybe
D: We're supposed to try singing too, but I have no idea what we're going to
sing
S: Singing?
D: And if I have to sing that Brown Squirrel song one more time I'm gonna puke
so yea...
S: I never agreed to any singing...
D: I never asked
S: Don't worry guys there will be no singing this time around
D: Right, you're going to disappoint Matt and PTP
S: Yea, well, forget you... TPT, what?
D: It's some girl that wanted me to sing
S: Oh, OK
D: She's new to PPT
S: Whatever
D: You say "whatever" to everything, Scott
S: I'll say whatever to that.OK
D: Our first topic, "Neopets Time" - What is it? Apparently it's the lag time
between the difference when Neopets say when they're going to release stuff, and
when they actually release it
C: In other words, a very very long time
D: NeoSchool started what? 2 years ago, a year ago? It still doesn't exist
S: I don't know what you guys are talking about, everyone's having fun with
that, its all the rage, with NeoSchool
D: oh, me and Cassi are the only two people in the world who don't have
NeoSchools?
C: It's all a joke
S: I don't know what is up with you guys, seriously
D: I think we're just out of the loop
C: Yea, they hate us
D: I'm talking about the fact they've said it would come out and it hasn't yet,
like the Playstation thing, it's supposed to of come out and hasn't
C: I don't think they should tell people when stuff's going to come out; they
should just work on it, and then when it comes out it comes out
D: Hey look! Look what we did! We've done something cool! Then everybody hates
it...
[Laughs]
C: But they're going to make it anyway, when it comes out, because it's been'
D: Well, now they are, considering they've told us we're doing it, or supposedly
doing it
S: It's definitely over-hyped now
C: Yea, it would have to be absolutely amazing, for it to be worth all this, but
it's not going to be, so everyone's going to hate it
D: Everybody's gonna hate it at some point, it's impossible to please everybody
C: Well, that's true, but more people are going to hate it more quickly now
S: Well, that's true, because you wait what, two years? That's a high
expectation level
D: They should tell you just a couple of months before, so as to not get the
hype up too far ahead
C: They shouldn't be giving any specific dates, because every time they do,
they're just completely wrong, so if they are going to say it, they should just
say some time in the deep future
D: Somewhere, sometime...
S: It will come
D: Then people would be yelling at them for being too vague
C: They can't win really, people complain about anything, and so whatever they
say
D: You have to give them some credit; least they're good at it
S: Yea..
C: Yea..
S: Yea..
[Silence]
C: Awkward silence...
D: We like our awkward silences, as long as no-one breaks out into song and
dance
S: Don't wanna do that
C: No, because I can't sing, and if I try to dance right now I think I'll choke
myself on this mass of wires
D: Yea, you'll trip and fall in my face a couple of times
C: Considering the headphones and things I don't think it would work
S: You could make up how grace your dance is, because we can't see you and say
"No you're not"
D: The splat when she falls on her face might be some clue!
C: I'm a very graceful dancer, just not when I have microphones around me
[Laughs]
D: She could try and be graceful, but her body will get slumped and fall into a
wall
S: KABOOM!!
D: The microphone is round her neck so we'd definitely heard that
S: Whoa, what was that?
D: Are you hearing things Scott?
S: I thought I heard a *fuzzy sound noise here*
D: This? *rubs necklace*
S: Yea
D: That's the necklace I'm wearing - I get fidgety
C: Yesterday, my necklace broke, and I kept going up to fidget with it, and it
wasn't there, people thought I was insane, because I kept grabbing at my neck,
and there was nothing there
[Laughs]
D: Nice....
C: Random facts of the day for everyone
D: I just broke mine! Thanks Cassi, you jinxed it! Seriously, I just broke it

S: OK, the next topic is: "Neopets: The Movie". Well, the movie
D: What is it? Y'know... we really have no idea, it's a bit vague
C: It's a movie...
D: It's gonna be about Neopets...
S: It's a feared topic. You don't want to see most stuff turned into a movie
most of the time
D: They'll seriously screw it up.
S: Like, you have a book, such as Harry Potter, and you're going to change that
into a movie.
D: And skip out half of it.
S: Sort of difficult, right?
D: At least Neopets is a site not a book. Actually, that could be easier to
screw up than a book, because they don't have anything to go by.
S: They have more flexibility.
C: They can make up whatever plot they want because there isn't one.
S: The only problem is, what are the pets going to do? I mean, they're going to
speak, right? They have to.
D: Yea, otherwise there won't be much of a plot. I wonder if they are going to
have people in it, because people are kinda represented weirdly on the site,
sometimes we exist, sometimes we don't
S: Like the Tombola Man
D: We have partial people, and there are never people in any of the plots, so
will there be people in the movie? It would be kind of weird to have a movie
just with fuzzy little creatures in it. At least Pok'mon had people
C: Oh, fuzzy, not fudgy!
D: Yea, there's going to be fudgy little monsters
[Laughs]
D: I suppose they would be edible
C: Yea, they could give you a little Neopets fudge as you're walking in
D: They'll probably give you a trading card or something
C: Yea, but fudge would be better. Fudge tastes much better than trading cards
D: Trading cards are cheaper; they'll go with trading cards probably
C: I didn't say they wouldn't go with trading cards, just that it would be
better if they went with fudge
D: You should E-Mail Adam and Donna telling them that you want fudge when you go
to the cinema!
C: I'm sure they would be happy to cater to the needs of fudge lovers
S: Neopets Fudge: You'll probably get Fish-head chocolate fudge
D: They'll probably start reproducing the electronic candy or something if they
were to go into candy

D: I went to bed at midnight because of band, and I got up at 8:30

D: Moving on, what do you think of Warner Brothers, because apparently they are
making the movie?
C: Well, Warner Brothers in general are fairly decent
D: Don't they usually do better with the real life movies, with actual people in
it?
C: Have Warner Brothers done any cartoons?
S: They have had a lot of Animation success, Loony Toons, Animaniacs
C: But those aren't movies
D: No, there are a couple of loony toon movies
S: Warner Brothers did do a good job, good stuff
C: I think Warner Brothers overall is a fairly good choice of companies, because
in general they're movies are pretty good.
D: They should of picked Pixar
C: Yea, Pixar would of been really good
D: Anything like Finding Nemo, or Toy Story, or Monsters Inc. they're going to
need Pixar. Plus, Pixar is cool with that lamp that bounces up and down and
squishes letters
C: Squishes the "I" and then it looks up at you
D: Glares at you
C: And Blinds you
D: WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING AT?!
S: I didn't crush the "I", you did!
D: You made me do it!
C: The voices in my head made me do it!
[Laughs]
D: A question about the Neopets. Are they going to have any clothes on? The
actual pets don't have clothes, but on the plots they do have clothes.
C: I think it will depend on if there are people or not
D: A lot of parents would probably throw a fit if they didn't have any clothes
on
S: Oh gosh, parents!
D: If they were portrayed as animals then they wouldn't be able to talk
C: Some films have talking animals, and they don't have any clothes on
D: Yea, but their mouths don't move
S: But they weren't animated either, if they had clothes on and it wasn't
animated, that would be pretty scary
D: That would be disturbing
S: I don't want to see a cat
D: Wearing a little fuzzy sailor suit
S: I don't think people would want to see that. I think there will be clothes,
just because that's the way they go with things, [sings] The Life in Neopia do
do do do
D: Thought you weren't singing, Scott
S: That was humming, not singing
C: Well that's all the singing for this episode then
D: As long as I don't have to start singing Brown Squirrel against my will
S: I don't even know what that is, but I don't even wanna know
D: How can you not know what Brown Squirrel is? I sang it in the teaser, and I
sang it in the first episode
S: Yea, well, I don't know what it is
C: You're just supposed to know everything Scott, obviously
S: I don't know music
D: Scott, Brown Squirrel isn't an actual actual song
S: It could be
D: It's not
C: It's like a random song. I think it's time to move along now

D: You just take offence that I can sing and you can't

C: Yea, well there's only so many people in Wisconsin

D: Only a couple of million,
S: [Laughs]
D: It's not like you can walk up to one house and find the whole population of
Wisconsin
C: You never know'
S: [Laughs]
D: Actually, yea I do know
S: That'd have to be a pretty big house
C: I have powers that you cannot understand. You just have no faith in me
S: I wonder why
C: Scott?
S: I'm kidding, I'm kidding. Just kidding
D: Or are you?
S: Anyway, Neopets Trading Card Game. How many of you guys actually play?
C: Not me
D: You wish
S: I'm going to go with zero
C: I've never been into the whole Trading Card Game type things
D: I used to do Pok'mon, until I realised how stupid it was, and I stopped
C: I never did any of them; I used to laugh at the kids who'd play Yu-gi-oh at
lunch
D: I used to play Pok'mon and Yu-gi-oh, but that's because all my friends did
it, and I was bored because I didn't have any. Gradually my friends grew out of
it, and so did I. But I do have some friends who still play Yu-gi-oh
C: I haven't seen anyone play it here, but before I moved [NB: Cassi moved from
America to England], when I was in 8th Grade, there was still kids playing Yu-gi-oh
at lunch, which rather disturbed me
D: Oh yea, I could go there now and they'll be kids there still playing
S: It's still sort of popular, it's run down a bit, but I know I have a bunch of
cards
C: It's only the scary kids that do it now
D: Scary kids?
C: It's a very vague term
S: By the way, if you're a scary kid out there
D: WE're sorry
S: Please don't take offence to what we're saying
C: Well, we're talking about the scary kids that I used to know, and if by any
chance any of those scary kids are listening to this, well, I'm obviously not
the person you knew who moved to England... it was someone else
[Laughs - mainly from Scott]
D: Scott, are you following any of this
C: I think we should move on
S: I think this is a good subject to stay on for a while
D: Yea, I like it
S: It's pretty entertaining
C: I have a feeling I'm not going to want to relisten to this
D: I didn't listen to the first one because I didn't want to hear myself singing
C: I don't think I want to listen to myself making a complete fool of myself, by
the way everyone, I'm honestly this big of an idiot
D: I have to say, I'm as big as an idiot as I sound like
S: I see.... how long do we think this will last?
D: Me being an idiot?
S: No... I'm talking about the Trading Card Game
D: Ohhh, right
S: Yea, what we're supposed to be talking about
C: I've never actually seen anyone playing it
D: I think the people who play the Neopets Trading Card Game are the people that
go to the conventions, having big competitions and stuff.
C: Those types of people, without being stereotypical, but they are the types of
people that
S: She is being stereotypical
D: I think I will be stereotypical and say I don't want to hang out with the
type of people that play those games
C: No, neither do I, and I've never seen anyone here play Trading Card Games
D: Most people here scorn at neopets in general
C: I saw a kid in my food class a couple of months ago talking about neopets,
and I felt like walking over and mentioning it to him, but he'd probably think
I'm a really crazy stalker or something
D: You are a crazy stalker person
S: I see you play neopets, let us be friends
D: You play Neopets, what are you doing on there?!
C: They probably already think I am a freak, just for being American
D: I don't get what the big deal about being American is, other than the fact
you sound totally different to the rest of England
C: I guess I just sound like a really scary person
D: But she is getting a little bit of a British Accent, I heard a bit of it a
while ago
C: Apparently when I say some words I sound English. Apparently when I say 'tea'
I sound English, but I don't get that.
D: You have to say Aluminum, because Steven said
C: Aluminium
D: Yea, we say it wrong
C: You spell it differently too
S: Where'd the "I" come from?
C: I actually know this; it's a very interesting thing. The guy who discovered
Aluminum, or Aluminium, originally called it Aluminum, he also discovered other
elements, and they all ended -ium, so the British made it -ium to stop it being
confusing, but the Americans decided to stick with Aluminum, because that's what
the guy called it, and there's your random little History lesson, or English
lesson, or whatever lesson
D: British lesson?
S: Maybe Science lesson
C: Lets just go with lesson of the day. You've all benefited from this
D: So when I'm talking about Steven about how to pronounce it, I'm actually
going to know what happened? I'm still going to think I'm right, cool!
C: Aren't you so glad I shared this with you?
S: Thanks a lot Cassi
C: You're welcome. What is it we're supposed to be talking about again?
D: I think we're still on the trading card game
C: I think we're kind of finished that. I think we've now stereotyped everyone
who plays trading card games
S: And everybody will hate us now
D: How much do you want to bet that some random people are going to start IMing
me now and start insulting me because I insulted them? It wouldn't surprise me;
people insult me over IM a lot. It's pretty scary when I don't know who they are
C: Yea, that's the wonderful thing about privacy. Anyway, I think we've said
everything there is about the trading card game
D: 'Cept about expansion packs
C: Do we know anything about expansion packs?
D: Not really, I see your point
C: I think we've said everything we know, but we're very good at generalising
people
D: Oh, yes, we're very good sterotypers. Is that even a word ' 'Stereotypers'?
I'm good at making them up
S: So is there a 'Stereotypees'?
D: Stereotypers make the stereotypees very stereotypical. Stereotypes are very
stereotypical
S: [attempts to say it]
D: You screwed it up. Stereotypers make the stereotypees very stereotypical. Bit
of a tongue twister
S: Try to say that ten times fast and we'll give you 5,000 points
D: No, a cookie! I have a cookie, not 5,000points
S: But points don't matter
D: And I can eat the cookie
C: Anyway... I wonder how many times I've said anyway in this

C: Neopets Playstation
D: I don't even have a Playstation, I have N64 and Gameboy advance, but that's
it
C: I have the small Playstation 2 - it's really cute
D: You're such a hardcore gamer, Cassi - "It's really cute". Now the gaming
geeks are going to start insulting you, because you called their gaming system
cute
C: Well it is, black and tiny
D: Uh-huh, black is cute apparently
C: The tinyness is the cute part
S: Anyway, Neopets said they would create a PSone game, but after they learned
that is was pretty bad, not pretty, VERY bad, they decided to update to the PS2.
What do you guys think about that?
D: Because I don't have a PS2 I can't comment
C: Well, once they make newer things like Gameboy Advance, or the PS2, they
never make things for the older versions, so it's all a scam to make you get the
new console.
S: It's obsolete.
C: I just have all my old games that I love and use them
D: I play with the Gameboy Advance, but soon something else is going to take
over
C: I don't even have a Gameboy advance. And that is nothing really to do with
Playstation
D: We've been like, on topic for only 5minutes for this whole thing
C: Nah, we're doing a really good job on this thing
S: Nah, thats the the fun of this thing, you never know what you're going to get
D: Least we're not singing fanta
S: Although it is a good drink
D: I've never had funny fanta
S: Funny Fanta, what?
D: I've never had any
C: Oh I thought you said funny
D: Well you're all death

S: Now that we know there's a PS3 coming out, which I must say looks pretty
cool, I'm pretty excited by it
C: I haven't seen it
S: It's a nice silver, it's much 'cuter' than the black one I would say
D: They should make it pink just for Cassi
C: Is it tiny?
D: Is it small?
C: Tiny not small, tiny. Tiny is smaller than small.
S: Ok'.
C: So, with the PS3 coming out, does that mean Neopets are going to say whatever
to whatever they are doing now?
D: Probably, they like killing deadlines really. I don't think they have
deadlines
C: No, I don't think so either
D: They probably just work on it when they're bored, which is probably not that
often, they probably just sit there and play games all day
S: What a job!
C: That would explain a lot
S: That would be a nice job, huh?
C: Yea, you think they'll get paid well?
D: I don't know
C: Why don't you start working for them and tell me, and if they do I'll start
working for you
D: If I started working for them I'd be able to freeze all your accounts and
laugh evilly
C: That would be very mean. I'd report you and then get your job.
S: Lets see' Moving on
D: To what?
C: The fact that I only have 5minutes left?
S: OK, lets go through this quick. Do you think people will buy this game when
it comes out?
D: All the neopets addicts probably will,
C: Yea, the neopets ones will
D: So half of PPT probably will
S: How many people on PPT would probably buy it?
C: I think some will, but they'll wait and see what people and say first.
They'll get it depending on what they say. They'll wait till someone says 'Oh my
gosh this is so good' and they'll buy it because they don't believe them, so
they'll go 'Oh my Gosh this is so horrible'. Or maybe it's just me that does
that
S: There was word that some parts of the game would tie in with the online
version we're used to, right?
C: I don't know, was there?
S: Or am I just saying things now?
D: I think you're making things up, Scott
C: It must be the voices in your head again
D: Yup, they're talking to you. They're giving you weird ideas. Don't go kill
anyone, Scott
C: No, please don't
D: But if you do, I have a hit list of people I don't like. Merry Christmas
C: I have one too. But if you just heard me say that you're obviously imagining
things. Just like I never said anything about fudgy neopets. Anyway, about time
to wrap this up I'd say
S: Are you guys just playing with me?
D: We were going to
S: So you are playing with me? I could hear everything you said
C: We were going to mess with you but we didn't
