Lists of Ways to Get Scammed

Here's a few list of ways people can scam you out of NP, into your account, or make your account freeze:
1. They can just ask you for your password
Never give your password to anyone even if 1 million people say that he REALLY will give you NP, Items, Etc.
2. They can ask you to change your e-mail
Never change your e-mail address to a address you don't own. People can try to trick you and say; change your e-mail to
draggoondc@hotmail.com and then send a mail to it saying "NP____(ammont of NP wanted) USERNAME________ (Username there)"; and then first they know that the username you put in there changed there e-mail address to
draggoondc@hotmail.com so they will type your username in the "forgot password box" and then they get a e-mail with all your password
details, easy eh?
3. They can ask you to bid REALLY high for something on the trading post to get a cheat or porgram
Never ever bid on an item in the trading post that says something like "The highest Bidder will get a
NeoPet cheat" or "The Biggest bid will get a grundo's warehouse code" or something like that
cas' it's MOSTLY a scam......99% chance it's a scam and if you wanna take the chance then fine but don't come running back to me if you lose all the things you
bidded.
4. They can give you a program that TRY's to cheat neopets but freezes your account in 2 seconds
Never ever use programs for Neopets. Use of programs will automatically get you
frozen anyway.
5. Ask you to login your username and password in a fake login page
Before you login to ANY site make sure you check the URL (website address) just in case it's a fake login
page. A classic example is www.neopetz.com
(now redirects to Neopets.com) and it's A FAKE NEOPETS SITE JUST MADE TO GET YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD
