How to clear the pile quickly

You have all the face cards, and all the tens that equal "10". This is a lot of tens to find homes for. I found that when I always try to make the lower denominations add to 11 I can score very high because I keep clearing the slots. I almost never go for the "special moves" because they usually entail messing up my numbers.
I always try to put together these combinations:
Ace + 10/Face
2 + 9 + 10/Face
3 + 8 + 10/Face
4 + 7 + 10/Face
5 + 6 + 10/Face
Sometimes you can't swing it, but the longer you can keep that pattern going, the higher you score, because there is never a card that you don't have a match for. It always works out even. If you can't manage it, such as you have only one slot you can fit something in, and you have to mess up your pattern, if you can remember what you messed up, and which card is no longer going to have a "mate" because you messed them up, and can take up the slack by putting the "homeless" cards together, or if you can make it till the deck reshuffle, it usually sorts itself out.

Keep track of your cards

Keep a note pad next to the computer as you play. Number the page from Ace to King and check off every card that is played. This way, you will not get confused over how many Aces or other small cards are left in the deck. In Vegas, it's called counting cards, and it is not allowed. But this is Neopets, not Vegas.
Tips to playing longer

I found that the only way to keep going for a long time is try for the super
blackjack (jack of spades and the ace of spades) and no other specials that way
you won’t end up getting stuck with three fours if you do the 7-7-7
combination. Always go for the 10 pointers this might take longer but you
won’t fill up your columns so fast. (i.e. 3-8-10 4-7-10
5-6-10 etc.) Hope this helps!
