Neopets Etiquette - How to be regarded as a 'classy'

You open your neomail to find someone saying "I got hacked and now have 0 nps,
you look rich can you please buy me a paint brush?" or something similar. This
is what you call a beggar and is regarded as poor neopian etiquette.
Neopian Etiquette comes in many different forms, on the trading post for
instance if you ask for 1np on a Baby paint brush and don't accept it, this is
considered poor etiquette. Sometimes people go out of their way to find the item
you are looking for on your wish list and if you don't accept it this can be
considered quite rude and nasty.
When you chat on the chat boards, don't type in caps as people will think you
are yelling or just vying for attention. Remember to answer people if they write
on your boards, be polite and keep the subjects clean.
If someone sends you a gift, it is common manners to thank them for it and if
you are regulars on a chat board together, it is nice to make them a thank you
board on chat to show everyone how generous your friend is!
Don't steal other people's pictures or modify them from the Beauty Contest! This
is plagiarism and could get you frozen if the other person finds out, after all
it was their hard work that went into the picture!
These are just a few tips that you should consider following if you want to be
considered as a 'classy neopian'
