So you’re new to the stock market, and have NO idea what’s going on? That was what I felt like a while ago. I started off buy shares at about 30np a piece, just to see my money slowly slip down the drain. That is a very bad feeling, my hard earned neopoints being forced out of me. But, there were several things I didn’t know when I started that I think I should share with you.
First of all: Lets get acquainted with The Stock Market. For those of you who don’t know, the point of the stock market is to buy “shares” at a low price and then
sell them at a high price in order to make a profit. Easy enough, right? Ok, now I bet you wonder, “How do I know what stock will make me the biggest profit?” That is a hard question to answer, but if you read the rest of my guide I’m sure it will help.
Next: What stock to buy? The best way to decide what stock is the best to invest in, even though there is no for sure way, is to find a stock that is selling for 15-20 neopoints. 15 neopoints is the cheapest you will be able a stock at. Once you find those cheap stocks, do some research. Find out with stock have just dropped from a higher price. For example, lets say you find out that AAVL costs 15 neopoints a share. You then learn that at one point it was 80 neopoints a share. That may be one of the stocks you would like to invest in, because sooner or later the stock should go up (but there is no absolute guaranty) The longer the stock has been down at a lower price the better. This is the best way (in my opinion) to handle the stock market.
