Word Poker Tips
1000 point maximum

You can only earn a maximum of 1000 neopoints per game play. So there is no use achieving a higher score than that. However, depending on the type of letters you receive, this may not be possible for each game. Not every word in the dictionary is recognized either, however, neopet words are. Bad words, and suggestive words are also not recognized and counted. You only get points for 3 letter words on up. U can use an anagram program that helps such as the "scrabble rack".

The first letter of the first accepted word you use is what will be counted for the wild section. You do not need to score in all areas to finish the game and collect your
nps.
Windows max your points!

Have a few windows open. One open to Neopets obviously. The Little Pop up Window that contains
Word Poker (set to small so it doesn't take up much screen space). And a another browser set to
http://www.a2zwordfinder.com/anagram.html.
As soon as you hit the Play Scroll or Next Round Scroll get the letters into the anagram finder and set
it to a minimum of 3, 4, or 5 letters and prepare to start typing, fast!
Not every word that comes up in the anagram finder will register in the Word Poker game but some you may
be surprised on, so type them all in. If you are a very fast typist you can set it to Alphabetical to get
the Flush. If you are going for 3, 4, or 5 letter words just type those in.
Sometimes you get lucky with the letter and there are a ton of words, sometimes you don't get so lucky and
there are only about 20 words that can be made with the letters.
This will not guarantee you a spot at number 1, however I've moved my average game score from 200-300
to 800-900. Good Luck.
