All of a kind (same amount in each column) -
Full house (e.g 6,6,3,3,3) - 200 Points
Three lots of 5 and two lots of 3 (full house) - 200 Points

3+3+3+6+6 and 3+3+5+5+5 are both worth 200 points
five totals of equal value will clear the board and gain you 100 points
totals of 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 on the board at once will clear the board and gain you 100 points
Ace and Jack of Spades is a Super BlackJack worth 50 points

The best ways to keep the game going is to ignore the straights and go for the full house of 3+3+3+6+6 using the 5s and 8s together. Play two 6s and two 5s together with 10/Face to clear those. You will have one three left over--hopefully you can save this for play with the next deck. This is a risky play as the safe way to play is straight 21s every time you can swing it. Just ask yourself, "Do you feel lucky, punk? Well, do ya?" and go with what you think best.
