Ok, first of all, the sun thing is the fire guy and he does the same thing as the lightning bolt: hurts one of your pets. The question mark is the one under 100. Second of all, the less money you are carrying, the more you win. Here's my 5 step plan.

1. Get a bottle of sand, or something cheap.
2. Put it and all of your money (except for, like, 1,000 np) up for trade.
3. Make your wish list say "Don't touch this, it's not for sale, trust me." or "This is a rip off, don't touch"
4. Spin the WOE.�
5. Sake your money out of trade. (do whatever u want w/the bottle of sand.

Also, if you spin EXACTLY on the hour, (1:00, 2:00,etc.) you get 10,000. However, you have to use neopian time and have to press the spin spin spin button right on the second, which is hard if you have a slow computer and either can't get the correct time or need to be a few seconds ahead on pressing the button. But it sure is worth it. Hope this helps. :)

Avoid those nasty prizes

Have you ever spun the wheel and then forget to click 'Collect Your Prize'? Well this tip relates to that. This tip will cost you 100NP if you don't land on a NP reward, but it will save your items or protect your pet!
1. Spin the Wheel, paying 100NP
2. Wait until the wheel finishes and see what you will get!
3. If its a Pant Devil, Bolt, Skull, or Lava Ghoul, DON'T CLICK 'Collect Your Prize' !

Simple huh? Well heres another tip. If you are impatient and can not wait for the wheel to stop spinning, you can always try this:
1. Spin the Wheel, paying 100NP
2. Right click in a white space next to the wheel (NOT ON THE WHEEL)
3. Scroll down all the way before the Neopets credits
4. You will see your prize between the br code that inserts a line!
5. If you don't like the prize, then leave and don't collect your prize.

:) This has saved my pet from getting GRUMBLES, an impossible disease with a 99,999NP cure.
